Accepted Payments

We accept the following payment modes for all services:

UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM.
QR Code: Scan & Pay available for Delivery/Shops.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available ONLY for Food Delivery.
Escrow: Mandatory for High-Value Channel Deals.

Delivery Timelines

Since we offer multiple services, delivery times vary:

1. Food Delivery (Physical):

Standard Time: 30 - 60 Minutes.
Peak Hours: May take up to 90 Minutes.

2. YouTube Services (Digital):

Channel Transfer: Instant to 24 Hours (after payment).
Watchtime/Views: Starts within 24-48 Hours.
Mock Tests/PDFs: Instant Download.

Refund & Cancellation

For Food Orders:

Refund ONLY if items are missing or undelivered.
No refund for "Change of Mind" after preparation starts.

For Digital/Channel Deals:

100% Refund if we fail to deliver the service/channel.
Refunds are processed to the original source within 5-7 Working Days.
If you use our "Buyback Policy", you get 60% refund.

Shipping/Service Charges

Food Delivery: ₹10 - ₹40 (Depends on distance).
Digital Goods: No Shipping Charge (Delivered via Email/Dashboard).
Escrow Fee: A small platform fee applies to secure deals.
