Any documents (Aadhar, PAN, KYC) collected from users are kept strictly confidential. We use them solely for verification purposes and NEVER share them with any third party or external agency.
Users are free to do direct deals. However, PT Seva is NOT responsible for any loss in direct deals.
Our responsibility exists ONLY if you use our Official Escrow Service. In Escrow, we hold the funds safely until the deal is successfully completed.
We do not promote any kind of scam, fraud, or fake services. If any user is found involved in such activities, their account will be banned immediately without notice.
PT Seva NEVER calls, SMSs, or asks for OTPs first.
If you receive any call claiming to be from us asking for money/OTP, it is a fraud. We are not liable if you fall for such impersonation scams.
We have NO sub-branches or collaborative websites. Only the links available on our official Home Page theme are genuine. Do not trust external links.
